A zoning compliance permit is required for any construction, alteration, addition to, demolition, and placement of buildings and structures, including but not limited to conventional, manufactured, and modular dwellings, commercial and industrial structures, agricultural structures, accessory structures (above- and in-ground pools, decks, fences 5+ feet in height, etc.), interior and exterior alterations, etc. The zoning compliance permit allows the Planning Commission to review the proposed work for compliance with applicable Zoning Regulations, Subdivision Regulations, Site Plan Guidelines, and Commercial Establishments Design Standards Ordinance
